That Special Call

A week ago I told you about a Special call that may Bring some extra blessings my way. The call was from Urban Outfitters. Last week I interviewed for the Manager's position with the supervisor, when she seen my resume she was so interested about my Achievements. We spent hours talking about The Clothing line Don'Christian Laurence and how I got is started and my plans for it. Then we started talking about New Heritage. She was so fascinated about them both and we really clicked.

The next day I got a call from them and they wanted me to come in again for a second interview and this time they asked me to bring my portfolio. I was a little confused because as a manager why would my portfolio hold any weight. Then It hit me!

They wanted to see my line for merchandise purposes on top of me interviewing for the managers position. Either way It looks like a good move. I walked into U.O with my head held high with my portfolio in my hand and a smile on my face. I met with a man who knew everything about fashion and was a designer himself. We chatted for some time about my line and after seeing the Images automatically knew I was inspired by CHANEL. After he said that a smile was planted on my face. So we ended the meeting on a good note and he said he will meet with his colleagues and by thursday they will give me a call.

I really love my life and the blessings that come my way.
